International Work Experience Group (IWEG) helps companies with staffing solutions in many areas including hospitality and retail through recruitment of international students to fill roles for paid employment. Participants come to the U.S.A. on J-1 visas in strict compliance with U.S.A. regulations. Short-term seasonal staffing (up to 4 months) is provided through the ERDT Work & Travel program in which students come on their university breaks.
